Cornerstone Montgomery

We are “Bearers of Hope”, a team of behavioral health professionals, case managers, clinicians, and advocates committed to walking beside individuals and families living with serious mental illness, behavioral health challenges, and co-occurring substance use disorders proudly serving individuals living with mental health and substance use disorders across Montgomery, Calvert, Charles, and St. Mary’s Counties.

We empower people living with mental health and substance use disorders to thrive in their community through collaboration, treatment, education, and advocacy.

We work and advocate for opportunities that help the people we serve have a meaningful life of their choosing whether it is getting their own apartment, landing their dream job, or selling their artwork for a living.

HOW WE HELP

CLINIC

Cornerstone’s Outpatient Mental Health Clinics provide a full range of mental health, psychiatric and therapeutic treatment services.

Transition Aged Youth (TAY)

Our programs supports young adults focus on personal employment, education, and career exploration goals as they transition to independence.

RESIDENTIAL CRISIS

Residential Crisis Services are alternatives to inpatient hospitalization. Participants can continue to go to school, work and other activities while receiving 24 hour supports from mental health professionals.

RESIDENTIAL REHABILITATION PROGRAM

With a passion to help our community live fulfilling lives, we provide levels of assistance in transportation, cooking, medication monitoring, daily activities, & opportunities for increased socialization.

VOCATIONAL PROGRAM

We believe everyone who wants to work CAN work. We help our clients find, get and keep jobs. Our job coaches help each client maintain a strong work and mental health balance.

ASSERTIVE COMMUNITY TREATMENT

Our mobile treatment team uses a person centered approach to treatment planning and collaboration. Our team provides this active community service when and where it is needed.
